By accessing or using the SafeFamily Networking platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Membership Terms and Conditions:

Free supervisors can withdraw without upgrading their membership, but to be eligible for withdrawal, they must have successfully referred or sold memberships to at least 3 individuals, and the minimum withdrawal amount is $20.

If multiple accounts are discovered to be in use with the intent of reserving balances, all associated accounts across all membership levels will be subject to termination.

4. User Responsibilities:

Ethical Conduct: Users are expected to engage with the platform in an ethical and respectful manner. This includes refraining from any form of harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior towards other users or any affiliated parties.

Compliance with Platform Rules and Guidelines: Users must adhere to the rules, guidelines, and policies outlined by SafeFamily Networking. This includes but is not limited to compliance with content posting guidelines, community standards, and any specific rules associated with membership levels.

Respect for Others’ Rights: Users should respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Any unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or updating their profile. This includes personal information and contact details.

Security of Account: It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords. Any suspicious or unauthorized activity on the account should be reported immediately to SafeFamily Networking.

Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any violations of the platform’s terms and conditions, including abusive behavior or fraudulent activities. Reporting can be done through designated channels provided by SafeFamily Networking.

Compliance with Legal Obligations: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations in their jurisdiction while using the platform. This includes tax reporting, if applicable.

No Multiple Accounts: Users are strictly prohibited from creating and maintaining multiple accounts. Any violation of this rule may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Feedback and Communication: Users are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to improve the platform. They should also communicate with SafeFamily Networking through designated channels for inquiries, support, and dispute resolution.

Respect for Terms and Conditions: Users must read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by SafeFamily Networking. Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination.

SafeFamily Networking reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for any user who violates these responsibilities or engages in any behavior that is deemed harmful or in violation of the platform’s policies.

5. Changes to the Service:

No Reduction of Rights: SafeFamily Networking commits to ensuring that any changes to the service do not diminish the rights or benefits of existing users under their respective membership levels. Changes will be made to enhance the user experience or offer additional benefits.

Termination or Suspension: SafeFamily Networking reserves the right to terminate or suspend any part of the service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other necessary actions. Efforts will be made to minimize disruptions and inconveniences to users.

User Feedback: SafeFamily Networking values user feedback and suggestions. Users are encouraged to provide input and comments regarding changes to the service. Feedback will be considered during the decision-making process for future updates.

      • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior towards other users or affiliated parties.
      • Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials.

Outstanding Obligations: Termination of an account does not relieve the user of any outstanding obligations, including but not limited to financial obligations, under the terms and conditions of SafeFamily Networking.

No Liability: SafeFamily Networking is not liable to the user or any third party for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the termination of an account, including any loss of data, earnings, or benefits.

Right to Investigate: SafeFamily Networking may conduct investigations into user activities if there are suspicions of misconduct or violations of terms and conditions. Users are expected to cooperate fully in such investigations.

11. Effective Date

11.1. This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and will remain in effect for the duration of your use of SafeFamily Networking.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

12.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least [30 days’ notice] prior to any new terms taking effect.
